LeviSsime oxidant with a concentration of 1.8% in a creamy form makes it easier to measure the appropriate proportions and mix products. It is the second essential ingredient for coloring eyebrows and eyelashes with LeviSsime Lash Color dyes.

How to use:
Dilute the required amount of dye with LeviSsime oxidant and mix the mixture to a homogeneous cream. Apply the obtained composition to the eyebrows and eyelashes with a thick layer. The average exposure time is 10 minutes. Rinse off the remaining preparation with ordinary water and pat the skin with a cosmetic napkin.
